About the Author Vito Delsante is a comic book writer/graphic novelist. He s written Superman and Batman for DC Comics, Wolverine for Marvel Comics, and Albert Einstein for Simon & Schuster. Vito has written for Titan Comics, Image Comics, AdHouse Books and many others. He self published his semi-autobiographical teen drama, FCHS, and has two new creator owned properties; World War Mob (with New Paradigm Studios) and Stray, which was successfully funded on Kickstarter. He lives in New York City with his wife, Michelle, his daughter, Sadie, and dog, Kirby.

I look forward to more stories about this character as he establishes himself after this great setup.

A New Superhero for the Modern Age By Daniel R Faust Stray: Who Killed the Doberman? is a love letter to classic superheroes, sidekicks, legacy heroes, fathers and sons. When the Doberman is killed, his former sidekick (and estranged son) must return to the world of capes-and-cowls to track down the killer. The writing is modern while still paying homage to the classic era of superheroes, and the art is excellent from beginning to end. While the core of the story harkens back to the days when Dick Grayson outgrew his role as Robin and left Batman to become Nightwing, this is more than just a Batman and Robin clone. This is the first look at what's sure to be a larger world. I, for one, can't wait for the next installment of Stray.
